Report about infrigiments of human rights of prisoners in Russia.
Report presents the problem of abuse of human rights of the prisoners in social and legal context. The publication is free, prepared under the project "Poland - Russia: best practices and cooperation in defending the rights of prisoners" by the Foundation "Other Space" in cooperation with the Foundation GDT, with the support of the Programme RITA Polish-American Freedom Foundation, implemented by the Foundation Education for Democracy.
The report focuses on the most frequently violated the rights of prisoners in the whole of Russia: the right to life, health, fair trial, protection against torture and humiliating treatment.
